Hire Resolve is seeking a fluent German-speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their global accounting division in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape. Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification; a tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance is advantageous.
• Fluent, native-level or near-native command of the German language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• 2 to 3 years of experience directly within Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Corporate Credit Control.
• Exceptional computer literacy with practical experience in advanced accounting packages and global ERP systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and international business etiquette are important attributes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices to global clients in a timely, accurate manner.
• Process daily payments, post and allocate cash across records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with international clients regarding past-due accounts and optimize cash flow.
• Perform regular ledger reconciliations for customer accounts and maintain an error-free AR ledger.
• Identify bottlenecks and support automation of AR and credit tracking processes.
