Webrepublic, a leading digital agency with a newly established Cape Town team, is seeking a German-speaking Digital Marketing Trainee for a 6-month programme. You will help manage campaigns, learn from experts in Cape Town and Zurich, and potentially transition into a permanent role based on performance.

The role offers hands-on experience in SEA and core performance marketing disciplines within an international setting, with a hybrid work arrangement and exposure to global clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
• Fluent English and German with strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
• Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies for global clients.
• Build strong relationships with international clients and teams.
