Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in marketing, business, or data-driven environments.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Numerically and digitally minded, with data and online advertising platform interest.
• Basic knowledge of CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions and ROAS.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends in data.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
• Willing to work in a collaborative, international environment.
• Strong ownership and responsibility for tasks.
• Valid RSA ID or legal right to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
• Support campaign planning by researching audiences, channels and targeting opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and budgets and flag issues.
• Learn to work with CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions and ROAS metrics.
• Assist with campaign optimisation under guidance of experienced consultants.
• Support the implementation and checking of tracking elements (UTMs, conversion tracking).
• Assist with preparing campaign reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
• Analyse campaign data to identify basic trends and opportunities.
• Support quality assurance checks to ensure correct campaign setup.
• Work with international teams in Cape Town and Zurich.
• Take part in structured training and develop knowledge of digital platforms.
