Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an Animator Adult who speaks German to join our team on cruise ships in a full-time, permanent role. You will create engaging activities for adult guests and collaborate with the entertainment team to deliver varied programs worldwide.

Fluency in German and English is required, with prior cruise or hospitality experience preferred. A dynamic, customer-focused personality, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in cruise or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver adult entertainment programs (games, parties, activities).
• Collaborate with entertainment team to create diverse guest programs.
• Engage with guests to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere during activities.
• Ensure safety and well-being of guests during activities.
• Act as brand ambassador promoting services and events to guests.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas.
