Qualifications

• Fluency in German or Dutch with strong language and cultural understanding.
• Experience in project coordination or administration.
• Interest in digital media, localisation, or content production.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to working night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation of localisation and digital media projects to freelancers and providers.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality requirements.
• Identify language-related concerns or delays and escalate to management.
• Keep up to date with language trends, cultural nuances, and digital media tech.
• Assist with sourcing local language talent and recruitment activities.
• Carry out proofreading and text review using subtitling and content editing software.
• Provide general project coordination support and assist with additional tasks as required.
