Responsibilities include investigations, data analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports for diverse projects across Limpopo. A hybrid work model offers flexibility between field, office, and remote tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical specialization.
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr Eng or Technologist is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on geotechnical site investigation experience.
• Proficiency in field investigation techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with geotechnical software for data analysis & reporting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute detailed geotechnical site investigations including drilling, sampling and in-situ testing.
• Analyze soil and rock samples to determine engineering properties and hazards.
• Prepare geotechnical reports with foundation, earthworks and slope stability recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define requirements and present findings.
• Oversee site investigation activities ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Provide technical support during design and construction based on findings.
