Job summary

Scott Pallets, part of BSW Group, is offering a General Operative role at our Sedgefield site. You will sort, repair and manufacture pallets using provided tools, aiming for high quality and timely output.

The role requires teamwork, punctuality and adherence to health and safety procedures; candidates should be able to multi-task including painting/ labelling pallets and basic housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and follow attendance procedures.
• 2) Ability to work in a multi-skilled role.
• 3) Commitment to Health and Safety policies.
• 4) Good time management and team player.

Responsibilities

• Sort, repair and manufacture pallets safely and accurately.
• Set up workstations for efficiency and maintain high output.
• Check and report defects; keep tools and equipment safe.
• Assist with painting, labeling and stencil work on pallets; offload timber lengths.
• Support manufacture of pallets/wood products and follow site processes.
• Uphold company values and attendance procedures.
