Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks items and bills of materials according to customer orders and picking instructions.
• Verifies product descriptions, quantities, part numbers, sales orders and job numbers before picking.
• Packs products according to Sandvik standards to prevent damage during transportation.
• Labels and stages completed orders for dispatch.
• Receives incoming goods and verifies quantities, descriptions and condition against delivery documentation.
• Conducts put-away activities and ensures stock is stored in designated locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts where trained.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock takes and inventory investigations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area and report unsafe conditions.
