While managing the Key Account Managers within this vertical and achieving key business deliverables, you will form part of a lucrative performance-based bonus scheme.

Duties
  • Tender management.
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Setting annual budgets for all customers.
  • Annual goal-setting.
  • Monthly reporting on new business and retention achievement.
Requirements
  • Matric (non-negotiable).
  • National Diploma (preferential).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a management role (managing Key Account Managers) within road distribution within South Africa.
  • Any experience gained working for an Auto OEM in a Supply Chain or Logistics capacity.
