Job summary

LEMCO, based in Malmesbury, Western Cape, designs, fabricates and erects structural steel buildings across South Africa. We are seeking detailers to create 3D Tekla models and fabrication drawings for commercial, industrial and agricultural projects, while supporting BOQ and cost estimation efforts.

Successful candidates will produce precise AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with engineering, detailing and project teams to ensure seamless delivery from design through fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures for a range of commercial, industrial and agricultural projects.
• Support the estimating and commercial team with BOQ preparation, cost estimation and subcontract procurement across structural steel projects.
• Produce accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD, coordinating with LEMCO's engineering, detailing and project teams across commercial, industrial and agricultural projects.
