Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering graduate with 2+ years' post-graduate practical experience.
• GCC factories certification.
• 5 years' practical experience in an industrial plant with >3000kW capacity.
• 3 years' experience leading a maintenance team.
• 3 years' CAD experience.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory engineering projects, contractors, and site work.
• Oversee factory maintenance and construction programs for optimal plant uptime.
• Ensure legal compliance with the OSH Act and regulations.
• Manage factory assets and assist with budgets.
• Ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality of plant and processes.
• Supervise subordinates and teams for effective performance.
• Comply with ISO and Quality Management Systems requirements.
