Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in floor or production management within a clothing manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate production teams.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor.
• Lead and support a team of approximately 20 seamstresses and machine operators.
• Manage production timelines and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor machinery usage and line efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and workmanship.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and workflow issues.
