HotelJobs in South Africa is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage stock across all stock-holding departments within a game lodge at Skukuza, Mpumalanga. The role requires strong analytical skills and extensive experience in hospitality inventory management.

Experience with MyStock / MyInventory / POS systems (TallOrder or similar) is essential, as is the ability to supervise Storeman and Administrator functions and collaborate with HODs, Finance, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 24 years' experience in hospitality inventory or multi-department stock management.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Experience with MyStock / MyInventory / POS systems (TallOrder or similar).
• Ability to supervise and direct Storeman and Administrator functions.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail and Other Expenses (OEs).
• High accuracy and disciplined follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate with HODs, Finance, Procurement and Group Inventory Management.
