Responsibilities

• Take oversight of and manage relevant legal documentation across all Groups.
• Review and advise on key risk areas within legal documents including supplier credits, contracts, leases, software agreements, and internal agreements.
• Stay updated on legislative developments affecting the business (POPIA, FICA, AML) and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Assist with contract management system implementation and ongoing operation.
• Support Gambling Board-related matters, including licensing applications and renewals, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
