Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in the foreign exchange (FX) industry.
• RE5 and RE1 qualifications advantageous or required as applicable to the role.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong understanding of SA financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in client relationship management, client retention and business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client, banking partner and referral partner relationships.
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and overall experience.
• Identify new clients and cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Engage with banking partners to align requirements and negotiate agreements.
• Conduct regular client meetings and health checks to uncover opportunities.
• Streamline processes to improve service delivery and client journey.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and comply with SLAs and regulations.
• Monitor and report on client satisfaction, sales performance, and service delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
