Qualifications

• Requires RE5 Representative certification and RE1 Key Individual certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the foreign exchange (FX) sector.
• Sound knowledge of South African financial regulations.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and clients.
• Ensure understanding of partner processes across teams.
• Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities that align with client needs.
• Streamline processes to improve service delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Lead negotiations and finalise agreements with partners and clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients and cross-sell across entities.
• Conduct client engagement activities and account health checks.
