Job summary

Lesaka Technologies invites you to apply for the APEX Graduate Programme 2027, a Future Leaders Accelerator offering a permanent role from Day 1 with real responsibilities and exposure across functions and geographies during an 18-month journey.

Qualifications

• Leadership evidenced through university, work, community, or entrepreneurial experiences.
• Relevant fields aligned to Technology, Finance or Operations are required.
• Strong academic performance (minimum 75% average) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Taking on a permanent role with a line manager and real business deliverables.
• Gaining exposure to Lesaka's businesses, customers, markets and operations across different functions.
• Engaging with executives and working on strategic business challenges.
• Identifying opportunities to use AI and technology to improve productivity and solve business problems.
• Building capability in commercial thinking, strategic thinking, influencing and leadership.
• Completing an executive-sponsored business challenge and recommendation presentation.
• Contributing to a community/CSI initiative.
