Job summary

Lesaka Technologies invites you to apply for the APEX Graduate Programme 2027, a Future Leaders Accelerator offering a permanent role from Day 1 with real responsibilities and exposure across functions and geographies during an 18-month journey.

You will work with a line manager, engage with executives, and tackle strategic business challenges while exploring how AI and technology can boost productivity. Final year students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Leadership evidenced through university, work, community, or entrepreneurial experiences.
• Relevant fields aligned to Technology, Finance or Operations are required.
• Strong academic performance (minimum 75% average) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Gaining exposure to Lesaka's businesses, customers, markets and operations across different functions.
