Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or Non-Profit Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising, development, or donor relations experience, preferably environmental/conservation context.
• Proven track record of securing donations and meeting fundraising targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in donor management software and fundraising databases.
• Passion for environmental conservation and Mossel Bay mission.
