Placements24 is partnering with a well-regarded non-profit focused on environmental conservation in Stellenbosch to recruit a Fundraising and Development Officer. You will drive revenue across individual giving, foundations, and corporate partnerships, shaping a robust fundraising program.

You will cultivate donor relations, develop compelling appeals, and manage events to support conservation projects and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development within the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Plan, organize and execute fundraising events from concept to completion.
  • Create fundraising materials, including proposals, appeals, and campaign collateral.
  • Analyze fundraising data and report progress toward goals.
  • Steward donors to ensure retention and ongoing support.
