The role requires 5–7 years in fundraising, strong leadership, and proven success in campaigns, with a focus on building philanthropic relationships and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years fundraising experience with major gifts, corporate partnerships and foundations.
• Proven success in fundraising strategies and achieving targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with donor databases (CRM) and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a strategic fundraising plan to meet revenue goals.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
• Plan, execute and evaluate fundraising campaigns and events.
• Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages and donor reports.
• Manage and mentor fundraising staff and volunteers.
• Utilize donor management software for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Stay abreast of fundraising trends and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to align messaging with organizational goals.
• Represent the organization at external events and build philanthropic networks.
