Job summary

Edge Growth Ventures is seeking a Fund Head to be the single point of accountability for the health, performance and strategic direction of an assigned Multi Investor/Multi Asset class portfolio Fund. You will integrate investing and PIM functions, manage deal origination and execution, and drive value across portfolio companies while maintaining rigorous governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in venture capital, private equity, or impact investing.
Proven ability to manage investor relationships and reporting.
Strong track record in deal origination and portfolio value creation.

Responsibilities

Define, own and execute the Fund's strategy and oversee overall health and performance.
Lead Investing and PIM functions to operate as a cohesive team and manage resources.
Oversee deal origination, screening decisions and investment theses.
Provide final accountability for due diligence, investment structuring and legal docs.
Drive portfolio performance, value-add support and capital raising efforts.
Ensure governance, compliance and risk management at fund and portfolio levels.
Serve as primary relationship owner for investors and external stakeholders.
