Job summary

The program provides exposure to financial analysis, treasury management, investor engagement, and deal sourcing within a supportive SME environment.

You will work on budgeting, reporting, and creating investor-ready materials, gaining hands-on experience across governance, risk, and market research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and audit processes
• Gain exposure to treasury management and risk assessment
• Support operational functions, regulatory compliance, and investor engagement
• Prepare materials for board meetings
• Monitor and evaluate existing investments, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with SMEs
• Participate in deal sourcing, conduct market research, and engage with entrepreneurs regarding their funding needs
• Conduct in-depth analyses of financial instruments and market trends to support strategic decision-making
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Education
