Qualifications
- Certified Yoga Instructor with at least 3 years of teaching experience.
- Certification or demonstrable experience in Wellness Coaching or related field.
- Proficiency using virtual platforms for live classes and coaching sessions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver online yoga classes for varied levels from beginner to advanced.
- Provide individualized wellness coaching, set goals, and support fitness, nutrition, and stress management.
- Develop personalized yoga sequences and mindfulness practices for client needs.
- Conduct virtual workshops/webinars on yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health.
- Maintain client progress records and provide regular feedback and motivation.
- Stay current with research and best practices in yoga, wellness, and coaching.
