• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fleet management, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and operations, preferably in urban logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in fleet data analysis tools and reporting.
• Proficiency in fleet management software, GPS tracking, and telematics systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and analyze fleet performance data, including fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and driver behavior.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage driver performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching remotely to improve productivity and safety.
• Oversee the implementation of new fleet technologies and software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
