Qualifications
- Proven experience managing coaching programs, preferably remote.
- Strong coaching methodologies and sports development knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with curriculum development and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the strategy and curriculum for remote coaching programs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of remote coaches.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for program success.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality coaching experience for all participants.
- Utilize technology platforms to facilitate effective remote coaching sessions and communication.
- Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
