Job summary
Placements24 is seeking an elite Senior Sports Performance Coach to join a fully remote coaching team. You will design and implement evidence-based training programs to enhance athletic performance for a diverse range of athletes, using virtual platforms for monitoring, communication, and program delivery.
With 7+ years of experience and a master’s degree in a related field, you will collaborate with sports scientists and medical staff to ensure holistic athlete development.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sports Performance Coach with an elite track record.
- CSCS, SCCC or equivalent certifications desirable.
- Proficiency with performance tracking software and virtual coaching technologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership and motivational skills for remote interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized and team-based sports performance training plans.
- Deliver training sessions via virtual platforms and monitor progress.
- Educate athletes on nutrition, recovery and mental conditioning.
- Analyze performance data and adapt training protocols accordingly.
- Collaborate with coaching staff, sports scientists and medical professionals.
