Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Fitness Coach & Program Designer to join an innovative online fitness platform. You will provide personalized coaching, design customized workout plans, and offer nutritional guidance to clients through virtual channels.

Qualifications

Certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE, NASM or ACSM).
Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach, preferably with online clients.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology and program design principles.
Excellent communication, empathy and motivational skills for remote interaction.
Proficiency with fitness tracking apps, video conferencing tools and online platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage a remote client base near Rustenburg.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual fitness assessments and consultations to understand client needs and goals.
Design individualized workout programs tailored to clients' fitness levels and objectives.
Provide ongoing remote coaching, motivation, and accountability across platforms.
Educate clients on exercise techniques, injury prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.
Track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide regular feedback.
Stay current with fitness industry trends, research and best practices in remote coaching.
