Candidates should have 4+ years of nanny experience, knowledge of child development, excellent communication, and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional nanny/childcare experience.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
• First Aid and CPR certification are essential.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive daily care for children, including feeding, dressing, bathing, and ensuring their safety.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities, games, arts, and crafts to support cognitive and creative development.
• Engage children in physical activities and outdoor play.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks.
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment for the children.
• Monitor children’s progress and behavior, communicating regularly with parents.
• Establish and maintain consistent daily routines.
• Transport children to and from school or activities if required.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere, promoting good manners and social skills.
• Administer basic first aid if necessary and manage minor health concerns.
