FinChoice is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Wynberg, Cape Town to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding. You will partner with leaders across departments to build effective hiring strategies that align with growth and culture.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition, including EVP, with exposure to tech, product, and digital roles. Fintech experience is advantageous; join a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, including EVP and employer branding.
• Proven track record recruiting across varied business areas (Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Data).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact centre recruitment.
• LinkedIn Certified Recruiter or similar certification advantageous.
• Fintech/Financial Services or Digital Tech recruitment experience beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/tools for sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, offers.
• Source and attract candidates via direct sourcing, networking, job boards, and digital platforms.
• Head-hunt for scarce/ hard-to-fill roles while maintaining policy compliance.
• Develop recruitment strategies with leaders to meet targets and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a professional, timely candidate experience.
• Maintain vacancy tracker and data integrity; provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Support structured, competency-based interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate and implement assessments per service levels (ITC, Criminal, Qualification, Reference).
