Responsibilities

• Ensure full ranges of products are on the shelves at all times and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock on the shelves to prevent sell by date issues.
• Restock merchandise to maximise sales.
• Handle all customer queries and ensure timely resolution per policy.
• Process purchases and payments accurately (cash, cards, vouchers, etc.).
• Maintain tidy storeroom and uphold stock control procedures.
