Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires a Frontline Supervisor for their Goodwood Store. You will support customer service to ensure a world class shopping experience and liaise between management and cashiers.

In this role you will supervise day-to-day cashier operations, record transactions accurately, manage shorts/over at POS and train new cashiers. A background in retail and SAP knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Minimum 2 years cashier related experience, including 6 months shadowing a Cashier Supervisor.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage and report all customer compliments and complaints to management.
• Ensure branch queues flow smoothly.
• Pay attention to the manner in which customers respond to cashiers, and act accordingly.
• Train and assist new cashiers.
