• Ensure operational risk compliance across core banking and capital markets processes through effective controls, assessments, and reporting.
• Drive contractual compliance by ensuring adherence to Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and client-specific regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Information Security and Data Privacy risk assessments aligned with financial industry standards.
• Establish governance rigor through regular status updates and reviews with Genpact leadership and client stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure of findings.
• Represent the function in discussions related to compliance, regulatory issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of Risk & Compliance managers to deliver on vertical-specific risk and control objectives.
• Apply strong project management and presentation skills using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to drive execution and communicate effectively.
