DigiCert in Cape Town is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (French speaker) to join our Hybrid team. You will be the primary contact for customers and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to resolve issues and drive improvements.

This role emphasizes high-energy, technical proficiency and customer success. Responsibilities include handling tickets across channels, achieving productivity targets, contributing to self-help resources, and staying current with SSL products to meet

Qualifications

2+ years technical support or IT client interfacing experience.
Matriculation Certificate essential; CS/IT degree advantageous.
Knowledge of SSL, PKI, DNS, HTML, and networking is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer service to resolve concerns and retain customers.
Build long-term relationships with external clients to ensure loyalty.
Engage with customers via tickets, email, phone, and chat.
Receive inbound inquiries and perform outbound follow-ups during scheduled hours.
