Qualifications

• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with JSON and CSV, plus basic search/indexing concepts.
• Experience with debugging tools like Postman and browser developer tools.
• Familiarity with HTTP, client-side and server-side contexts, and integration patterns.
• Experience with open-source libraries and JavaScript web applications.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding by understanding technical requirements and guiding e-commerce businesses through the integration process.
• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs, web services, integration best practices, and the use of open-source libraries.
• Troubleshoot technical integration issues in collaboration with customers and Customer Success teams, helping identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Assist customers with product catalog configuration, including catalog data uploads, facet configuration, searchable attributes, sort orders, and search retrieval.
• Serve as a communication link between customers and internal technical resources, responding with clear explanations.
