As an Integration Engineer, you will help customers integrate their websites and mobile applications with an advanced search and discovery platform, improving online shopping experiences for millions of users worldwide. You will provide technical guidance throughout customer onboarding, explain API integration best practices, and troubleshoot implementation challenges in collaboration with Customer Success teams. You will also help customers configure product catalogs and optimize search functionality to deliver accurate, relevant results. This role combines technical problem-solving, customer communication, and continuous process improvement in a collaborative international environment. Accountabilities

• Contribute to the development and refinement of integration documentation, onboarding materials, and troubleshooting guidance.

• Identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements to integration processes and the overall customer experience.

• Support customers in achieving reliable integrations that improve search relevance and product discovery across their e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
