Job summary

Pedros Chicken in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Senior Franchise Administrator to provide end-to-end support for franchise applications, onboarding and contracting. You will be the main contact for prospective Franchisees, ensuring documentation is accurate and queries are coordinated with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, finance, commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior administrative, franchise, banking, financial services or business support role.
• Strong administrative and document management skills.
• Solid commercial and financial understanding, able to discuss gross profit and payback periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple applications and priorities.
• Confident engaging with prospective business owners and senior internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative and relationship support throughout the franchise application, onboarding and contracting process.
• Act as a key contact for prospective and new Franchisees, coordinating documentation and queries with internal teams.
• Manage the administration of new Franchisee applications from enquiry through onboarding.
• Review and vet Franchisee application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate initial meetings with prospective Franchisees and draft franchise agreements with Legal.
• Oversee onboarding for approved Franchisees, including opening and setting up accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of franchise documentation.
• Serve as the central contact for Franchisees throughout the application and onboarding journey.
• Coordinate Franchisee queries with Operations, Legal, Finance and New Business teams.
• Respond to commercial and financial queries related to franchise performance and investment.
• Track outstanding actions and approvals to keep applications progressing.
• Build professional relationships with Franchisees and provide high-quality service.
