Job summary

AnyVan is seeking a hands-on Supply Manager for France — Transport Partner Operations. You will recruit and onboard partners, ensure continuous coverage, and manage the allocation engine to deliver reliable service.

You’ll be the vital link between frontline operations and senior leadership, driving high performance and accountability. You will coach a team, optimize partner life-cycle, negotiate rates, and own KPIs such as on-time delivery and contractor retention, while shaping scalable SOPs

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English
• Proven track record in an operations/commercial leadership role
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments
• Commercial instincts balancing coverage speed, customer promise, and margin
• Performance-driven with a strong track record of hitting numbers
• Strong communication, negotiation and phone-based influencing skills; high EQ
• Excel and dashboard skills for reporting
• Willing to be based from our offices in the Central Business District 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Recruit Transport Partners (TPs) against monthly targets and focus on coverage by vehicle type and geography
• Own the signup-to-first-job funnel and remove blockers for early-life onboarding
• Set up partners on our portal and app: find, bid, accept, complete, invoice
• Keep TP records and compliance docs up-to-date and address underperformance quickly
• Manage active TP numbers and churn with a segmented contact strategy to win back partners
• Own cancellation rate, on-time performance and feedback scores with a coaching/warning/suspension process
• Match TP to jobs quickly and cost-effectively, negotiating rates close to the original
• Run live availability lists and keep jobs on track with dashboards and margin controls
• Lead and develop the team with regular feedback, 1:1s, and data-driven reviews
• Collaborate with Product, Tech and Commercial to improve TP experience
• Provide forecasting, capacity planning and KPI reporting in leadership meetings
