Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to design and implement planning and forecasting solutions that align with client strategy. You will work with clients to define requirements, develop planning models, and ensure data integration across sources to drive budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in financial accounting or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and IFRS consolidations.
• A proactive leader with ownership of financial reporting automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Effective communicator across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA experience is a plus.
• SQL experience for data manipulation and modelling.
• Experience implementing and optimizing FP&A or planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to define requirements and deliver planning models.
• Facilitate workshops to translate requirements into designs and a solution blueprint.
• Define and develop data integration processes across source systems.
• Implement, test, and optimize FP&A models for budgeting and reporting.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure governance and standards.
• Create financial reporting tools using data models and KPIs.
• Design financial dashboards with concise, accurate information.
• Collaborate with external ERP providers to automate accounting systems.
• Support month-end and year-end close across reporting systems.
