Decision Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide planning and performance management solutions.

You will own end-to-end SAC Planning architecture and translate complex finance requirements into scalable solutions across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, workforce, CAPEX, sales, and operations. Qualifications

• 7+ years Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience.
• 4+ years SAP Analytics Cloud Planning implementation experience.
• Multiple end-to-end SAC Planning project deliveries as lead architect.
• Deep understanding of planning and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAC Planning solution architecture.
• Design enterprise planning models covering FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, CAPEX, Sales, Operational.
• Establish planning design standards and governance frameworks.
• Design multi-model planning architectures and integration strategies.
• Lead SAC Planning implementations from design through deployment.
• Oversee consultants and development teams.
• Review model designs and calculations.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Manage architecture risks and mitigation plans.
• Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
