Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Deliver insights through financial analysis, modelling, and reporting.
• Oversee financial reviews for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Drive profitability improvement and identify opportunities to enhance performance.
• Manage end-to-end planning cycles and monitor delivery against commitments.
• Support investment and resource allocation with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement in finance.
• Present performance updates to executive leadership.
• Develop and mentor finance professionals to build a high-performance team.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance review activities
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
• Deliver meaningful commercial insights through financial analysis, modelling, and reporting
• Oversee periodic financial reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of information
• Drive profitability improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance business performance
• Manage end-to-end planning cycles and monitor delivery against financial commitments
• Support investment and resource allocation decisions through data-driven recommendations
• Lead process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
• Present financial performance updates and recommendations to executive leadership
• Develop and mentor finance professionals while fostering a high-performance team environment

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12+ years' of progressive finance experience within complex corporate environments
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into business actions
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing key decisions
• Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes
• Proven leadership capability, including coaching and developing teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience driving process improvement, transformation, or digital finance initiatives
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Exposure to large ERP environments and advanced Excel capabilities
