Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader in Durban North to drive performance through financial analysis, strategic planning, and robust forecasting. You will partner with senior leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives while leading reporting and budgeting processes across multiple regions.

The role requires 12+ years in finance, a strong FP&A background, and experience guiding teams in complex environments, with advanced Excel and enterprise systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
