Job summary

Zenzero is seeking an FP&A Analyst to keep financial and operational information accurate and timely. You will maintain and improve reports, models and data schedules while supporting monthly forecasts and planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Good Excel skills with formulas, lookups and pivots.
• Careful, methodical data checking and source tracing.
• Curiosity about business performance and willingness to learn financial analysis.
• Organise recurring deadlines; communicate clearly.
• Some experience in finance, reporting, accounting or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Keep reporting and data reliable by refreshing and maintaining existing reports, dashboards and data schedules to monthly deadlines.
• Prepare data and reporting packs for monthly performance reviews, budgets and forecasts.
• Update forecast models and consolidate departmental inputs for consistency.
• Support variance, revenue, margin and utilisation analysis; develop commentary over time.
• Design, build and test new reports and schedules; improve how information is presented.
• Identify data quality issues and implement practical improvements.
• Take increasing ownership of specific reports and analysis as knowledge grows.
