Au Pair Extraordinaire in Fourways is seeking an afternoon au pair for Mon-Fri 12:30-17:30 to care for a 6-year-old in Grade R and a 12-year-old in Grade 6. Duties include collecting from school, after-school activities, homework supervision, and preparing lunch.

Ideal candidate has childcare experience, own car with driving experience, references, Matric, and a clear criminal record. Start ASAP; permanent contract. Salary: R12 000–R15 000 per month (+ driving allowance).

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child care experience within the last 2 years.
• Own a reliable car with at least 18 months driving experience.
• Have 2 contactable childcare references and a clear criminal record.

Fourways - AU PAIR - AFTERNOONS
Area: Fourways
Ages: 6 year in Grade R and 12 year old in Grade 6
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 12:30 - 17:30
School holiday hours: Monday – Friday: 12:30 - 17:30
Duties: collect from school, take to extra-murals, assist with and supervise homework, purchase any school related supplies, study prep for tests and exams, engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, prepare lunch and snacks for the children.
Requirements: Ideally female with experience with the age groups. Ex teachers or student teachers are a great plus but not mandatory or a deal breaker, relevant qualifications and special skills also welcomed and valued , great warm demeanour and personality, someone with a passion for kids and childcare.
Start date: ASAP Start Date – permanent contract
Salary: R12000 - R15000 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95) for any driving done directly for the family. Not to get to and from work. Salary Dependent on Experience and Qualifications.

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
