Hollywoodbets in Durban is looking for a Project Support Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and tracking various projects. The role requires collaboration with PMs, SPCs, and various departments to ensure project alignment and success.

Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in project support or administration, along with a valid driver’s license. A bachelor's degree in project management or a related field is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years in project support, administration, or coordination.
• Experience managing workstreams, reporting, and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support PMs and SPCs in planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Manage specific workstreams or components of larger projects.
• Lead delivery of small-scale projects under supervision.
• Ensure risks, budgets, and issues are tracked and escalated.
• Work closely with PMO, MEL, Ops, and Marketing to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate tasks with Project Administrators to maintain discipline.
• Liaise with local partners and communities to support project activities.
• Collect and submit project data accurately and on time.
• Support SPCs/PMs with MEL reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and version control.
