Qualifications

• B.Ed or equivalent with Foundation Phase specialization.
• SACE registration required.
• Minimum 3 years of Foundation Phase teaching experience.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Proficiency in assessment strategies for young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic teaching approach.
• Experience with hybrid learning models and digital tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Foundation Phase (Grades R-3).
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies for diverse learners.
