Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry or related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• Experience with various dosage forms and drug delivery systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize dosage forms (tablets, capsules, injectables, topical) with focus on stability and manufacturability.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies including drug solubility, stability, compatibility, and solid-state characterization.
• Utilize laboratory techniques for formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for research reports, development protocols, and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with analytical development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure seamless project progression.
• Stay abreast of the latest literature and technologies in pharmaceutical formulation and drug delivery.
