Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in a pharmaceutics related field with strong formulation track record.
• Experience leading drug product formulation development programs.
• Experience with analytical characterization and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative formulations for various dosage forms (oral, injectable, topical).
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and physicochemical characterization of APIs.
• Optimize formulations for stability, bioavailability and manufacturability.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for formulation testing.
• Lead formulation development projects with timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to prepare CMC sections for submissions.
