This hands-on role requires practical mechanical skills and the ability to lead daily production workflows to meet targets.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain quality standards, and assist with general factory activities as needed, based in Paarl or surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating form-fill-seal (FFS) machines.
• Strong mechanical and technical ability.
• Experience in a production or packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee form-fill-seal (FFS) machines and perform routine maintenance.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or operational problems to minimise downtime.
• Supervise production staff and coordinate daily workflow.
• Monitor production output and help ensure targets are met.
• Maintain product quality and production standards.
• Assist with general factory and packaging operations as required.
