Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English and the dominant local language.
• Grade 12 or minimum 1 year related experience.
• Must have a valid forklift license.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the forklift safely and cost effectively.
• Provide comprehensive customer service in-store.
• Merchandise stock, label prices and maintain housekeeping.
• Acknowledge customers and determine their needs, advise on products.
• Ensure areas are merchandised according to layout and planograms.
• Load purchases carefully to avoid damage and delay.
